Becoming aware of what trauma is, how our brains work in crisis and what we need to do as leaders, colleagues, and community members is pivotal for garnering hope and our ability to cope. This is a series of sessions filled with reflection, honest dialogue and methods.

My work is a passion - I get the most joy from helping others develop, uncover insights and function at their best physically, mentally and emotionally, This passion comes through in my part-time massage therapist role, and in-depth through my primary career in people and organization development.

How do I do this? Leveraging my background in organization behavior and human resources, I have spent the last twelve years as an independent consultant, coaching and facilitating both face to face and virtually. This encompasses partnering with independent contributors to senior-level executives. Most are receiving the development opportunities as part of their business role, though I work with individuals independently as well.
